What you're already doing is perfect. In addition, what I've personally noted is that I used to try to get into the speaking frame of the person I'm speaking with. So if I'm talking to you, and you're someone that speaks very fast, I felt pressured to speak fast as well, which made my stutter worse. When i was talking to someone speaking in a nice easy manner, taking pauses and breathing properly, i could also calm down and breathe, which helped my fluency. Of course this might not be true with other PWS. i don't do this anymore. After i noticed this about myself, I've practiced holding my own frame, and not letting my audience influence me.
