Is it just me or does even trying to sign a sentence out stops the stutter?

Is it just me or does even trying to sign a sentence out stops the stutter? I am not even a good singer but when I try to sing out sentneces I don’t stutter??? Anyway I can incorporate that into my everyday life? Anyone have similar experience ?
