Your stuttering is a direct result of anxiety. Deal with the anxiety in whatever way possible. Your vocal cords are muscle. Learn to control the muscle. When you are tense these lock. Therapy does work for anxiety. Meds might help get the anxiety level down. Practice giving speeches. I downloaded a teleprompter app and have recorded hours of my giving speeches. I download famous speeches and have fun with it. Focus on communication. Not stuttering. Give yourself a little grace. You will get better
