There is some failings with semantics and what words means to the person hearing and/or saying them here. The word confidence is so vague and really points no where. At most so called “confidence” is by-product. That being said “diving in” to the things you are afraid is a great pointer. The solution lies within the stuttering, not from an outside hack or technique.
