Stutter because of lack of confidence in what I'm going to say?

Stutter because of lack of confidence in what I'm going to say? Over the years i've noticed that I stutter because I don't have confidence in my speech. Whenever I start to doubt myself, I stutter alot more. ​ What would you suggest for me so that I start speaking more fluently in this situation?
