My biggest thing is exposure therapy. I make myself use the drive through speaker box and stuff like that just so I know I can. The more I do that kinda stuff the less doing that bothers and the less talking to people in general bothers me. If I notice my stutter is worse than usual, I'll sort of meditate I just take ten minutes a day to sit somewhere quiet and focus on breathing slowly relaxing. It's not an overnight affect but it definitely works for me. And I learned to not worry about judgement from others. The truth is that 90% of people don't care that you stutter. They care that you care about it. If you show you are fine with it even if you fake it at first. They'll be fine with it too.
