I'm still a young man (18) so I can't tell you how to deal with the corporate word but I can tell you something I read from a guy in this community. They guy said he tells everyone he talks to that he starters everytime before speaking to them it's a pretty good idea cause it takes the pressure of and you stutter less besides no one is likely to laugh or be shocked or have facial expressions that may make you uncomfortable if they are already anticipating the stutter
