As i am not a professional i cant really give you a scientific answer but in my experience every time I experience weeks or days of heavier stuttering than usual it typically is because i am anxious about something, nervous to talk to a specific person due to (in my mind) a "failed" previous interaction. I also feel like it may be a general confidence thing. I struggled in the past with my confidence and still i stort of struggle with it. Days where I am not confident in my self, i stutter more. Also when i eat unhealthy or sleep badly and dont exercise i feel like my stutter gets worse though that could be related to the confidence thing However! Sometimes without warning or reason it just happens. One day, barely any stutter the next day, ALL OF THE TIME! I have just come to accept that it is just something that happens. I hope you can atleast come to terms with it for now, i have a feeling it probably will go back to "normal' soon enough. Hang in there!😁
