Exactly. Gonna take someone to become president or uber famous to make a difference. Not the ones the "grew out of it." The ones that struggle each day to communicate are the ones I'm talking about. The ones that can't hide it or whatever. I've said it before but if I win the lottery (I'll probably end up buying a mountain and living on it) but I said I'd love to start a business, and only hire people with communication issues. Let us hold the fuckin crown for a while and see how it feels!! Seriously, if you can speak "regular" you are not getting employed at my business. Is that weird or wrong? Fuck em, each and every one of them. Maybe then, when/if they need a job and come to my place of business with experience of 10 to 20 yrs and get shot down they will see how it feels.
