That is interesting. I tend to mask when on first/second dates and in customer facing jobs. It's like I'm playing the role of a charming charismatic person, not me, so I don't really mind what they think so me so much. But then with friends, family, and colleagues I'm more analysing what they think and more subconscious they're judging me so I stutter more. Some odd trick of psychology for sure
