No doubt. And to get political, he's been a horrible president thus far. He'll rival Jimmy Carter if we're going on recent memory. I honestly don't think someone who actively stutters should be president, let alone someone approaching octagenarian status (no matter the party they support). If Joe Biden has a stutter, he certainly conquered it as there is no clip prior to the last year or two where it was even perceiveable. I see this also as mental decline due to old age, he is in rough shape.
