The benefits will definitely be better but I'm still unsure of the culture. Based on the interview (which I practiced a lot to avoid stuttering), my manager seems to be very easy to get a long with. Definitely feel that this job will challenge me - which is a good thing. I just wish I would have overcome my fear of talking by now as an adult.
