Anyone here who feels like their stutter keeps them from doing things in life should seek out speech therapy. There are many things you can do to work towards acceptance of the disorder. It worked for me-- that and simply telling people upfront, even entire classes, that I stutter but I'm used to it and I don't avoid speaking because of it. People only treat you different when they don't understand, or don't want to make you talk because they think it's too hard for you. Let them know you're cool with it.
