Banking has always been a nightmare for me(I swear this isn’t a commercial) I’ve always really struggled with banks and communication. Every one I have had has cut their live chat option and the only way to contact them is by calling. I’ve told them I have a disability, and they do not offer ANY other option of communication. It’s pretty crazy to me, but I guess it’s a cost cutting measure to cut pathways to support. I recently got an Apple card, and it is a complete god send. You can communicate with specialists through text messages. I have never had to call anyone or talk to an actual person about anything. I just disputed a charge in 5 minutes all through text. When I tried to do this a long time ago through bank of america, they told me the only option was to call them or set up an appointment at the bank and go in. This probably reads like a commercial, but it has been a huge weight off my shoulders and has improved at least a small portion of my mental health to get back in control of my banking. Hope this helps anyone else who had similar problems.
