Stuttering when switching languages

Stuttering when switching languages Hey, I used to have a stutter as a kid, but as I grew up, it pretty much disappeared. Now, for some reason, it's back. I'm an Arab, who did school in English, and is now living in Germany. As a result, I tend to swap between the three languages over the course of every couple of sentences. Whenever that happens, I notice that I completely forget how to pronounce words in Arabic, and just end up staying mute for 2 seconds or so until i can say it. This sometimes happens with German too, but never English. I have no idea why. If anything, I thought that I should stutter mainly in German because that's the language I'm weakest in, not my own native language. However, when I just spend a long time thinking, talking, and writing in one language, I lose my stutter. That obviously doesn't work in my situation. I kind of found a workaround by just looking for synonyms whenever there's a word I can't exactly say, or saying the word in another language, but that isn't really a fix. What should I do? It's genuinely embarassing, especially given the fact that it's not like I forgot Arabic. I used to love spinning tales and just coming up with a story on the spot, but I can't do that anymore in Arabic. The other languages work, but not my native language. It's genuinely baffling.
