I totally feel you :(. I was the same way. Had a stutter since I could remember, was intermittent during elementary and middle school but got worse in high school. I pretty much remained quiet and had my close group of friends that knew and didn’t judge me as much for stuttering. Tried taking speech therapy when I was young and again in high school but to no avail sadly. College came around and my entire first year, never stuttered even 1 word. To this day I have absolutely no idea how that happened since I moved to a new state and had to make all new friends but I was so thankful haha. After my first year in college it become worse year after year and I couldn’t wait till I graduated and didn’t have to present in class or work in groups etc. Interviews have definitely been hard BUT I began hypnosis therapy late last year and had an interview after I went through around 14 days of listening to my therapist’s hypnosis recording morning and night. Surprisingly I barely stuttered which made me really happy. Hypnosis therapy can be something you try with a speech therapist. If you can consistently listen to the recording morning and night for 21 days it could help! I’m still working on my speech :( but thought I’d provide my 2 cents! Don’t give up, I haven’t yet!
