Couple of months ago I met a psychiatrist and explained to her my sitation. She said certain antidepressant might help improving the speech. I trusted her and started taking around 5 different kind of prescription drugs for 3 months. A week ago I quit them as there was no sign of improvement. Doesn't look like there is a solution.
