I interviewed at a store before the pandemic and was upfront about my stutter. I got a callback within the hour telling me they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. I'm pretty sure it was because of the stutter. It was a minor blessing because I didn't have to be working in a public facing job in a pandemic, but I'm not looking forward to finding a job after all this is over lol.
