Some techniques that really help me I sometimes forget to use them, but small techniques that really help me: \- Stomach breathing, as opposed to chest breathing--this really made a difference for me. When I breathe deeply through my stomach, as opposed to my chest, my body feels less tight and I speak better. There's also just less tension and I feel better. \- Lowering my voice. I noticed that in episodes of disfluency, my voice is quite loud. Reminding myself to be quieter has really helped me feel calmer and talk better. \- Slowing down. As a fast talker, this was incredibly difficult for me (and still is), but I noticed that when I slow down, I am much more fluent. \- Breathing a lot more. When I used to talk, I would rush through everything and be completely out of breath often. Now, I breathe and pause more when I'm speaking and both sound better and speak more fluently. I hope these help you all as well.
