Did anyone else develop a severe stutter overnight?

Did anyone else develop a severe stutter overnight? I had a really bad motorcycle accident 3 months ago. I'm in hospital still, doing a lot better but I woke up 4 days ago and I was stuttering so badly. It takes me close to a minute to complete a sentence, I stutter at every syllable. And why has it become painful to speak ?I didn't have a brain injury or something and I've been off strong medication for a while. I don't know why I stutter now but boy it's annoying me so much. I'm the most impat person on earth too. Someone help
