Screw these vowels

Screw these vowels I have been stuttering from 4 yrs old - present day (17 years old). My stutter has been reducing rapidly over the past 2 years of my life. I would say I am about 80% fluent on my best days. No matter how fluent i speak, words that start with A,E,I,O,U always get the better of me. Sometimes i get them out but other times I have to switch out the word for a synonym, which causes me to start lagging, searching the deepest corners of my brain for a word I can actually say. Fuck this life
