You might go back to the University and see if they have any clinics where the students hone their skills. IDK how it is there, but in the US, people sometimes rely on dental schools when regular healthcare costs are not in their budget. The students are supervised by their professors, and the care is top notch. You could also ask the university if they have any of their graduates who might work with you for a reduced fee. Professionals often give back to the communities.
