Thanks. I used to go for hikes all the time. But I only started taking working out seriously since the start of the year and has made a really positive impact on my mind. So I'll definitely be keeping that up. As for meditation it is something I want to try and incorporate into my days even if it's 5 minutes or so. I think it would help.
