Hi, I am SLP working in field of stuttering, but outside of the US. You have great programs for working with attitudes and acceptance of stuttering which are available at stutteringhelp.org. Some of them are free and other are cheap but great.. . I've been on their eastern workshop and I can recomend it for you... (sorry on my spelling I am writing on my cellphone)...
