Just want to share my experiences. I'm on thiamine and magnesium for about 6 weeks now. I started with 300mg daily of thiamine hcl along with 300mg magnesium. At first results were good but then decreased. So I increased my dosage up to 1200mg thiamine and 300mg magnesium daily, with very good results. My speech got much more fluent, I like to talk to conversate and discuss. My sleep is better and I'm generally in a better mood all the day. Nearly all of my blocks have gone, except when I drink alcohol or too much coffee. In case of alcohol the stuttering returns for 1-2 days after it. Maybe I need more time to get the stuttering habit out of my head. I will keep on experimenting with the dosage and the type of thiamine. I also tried sulbutiamine with no success. Does anyone have some hints how to improve the results? Maybe add some other compounds/minerals?
