>My stuttering at work in USA is not as bad as here in my town . May be my conversations are not as personal as in my small town . My guess? You're stressed out. Being home is a stress, but also with all your father's medical issues, that is (understandably) added stress. We stutter worse when under stress. I've never stuttered worse than when my mom had and died from cancer. It's an incredibly trying time in life, feeling responsible for your parents and doing your best, but being unable to make them better. The stress of this is going to effect your fluency. I can't really advise you on what to do, but whatever it may be, be sure to remember to take care of yourself. You can't be there for others if you're not in good shape yourself.
