Man I'm also 23 and have been stuttering all my life. Last February I got diagnosed with a very old brain tumor in the Cerebellum. Not trying to make you worried but have you ever got a brain MRI? By the way what works for me is speech pratice, NoFap and cold showers. Cold showers and NoFap increase confidence and decrease anxiety while speech pratice will obviously let me speak smoothier.
