I'm a third year ME with a light enough stutter. I don't imagine causing much of a problem. Graduate engineers are mostly hired for technical ability, so if you can show you're good at school and have CAD, programming, whatever else skills, your stutter shouldn't play a major role. Also worth remembering that employers are (meant to be) equal opportunity so it should not play any part at all. Just make sure that you can show your ability to get ideas across.
