Forward_sky It sounds like you've been through a lot in life. I am 99.99% fluent except when I'm speaking Spanish! My native language is English but I grew up in a Spanish-speaking part of Texas. I rarely need to speak Spanish, only when my cleaners are here, but I get a slight block occasionally. No one else would even notice it. You might be ‘stuck’ in the part of your development when you had to translate Arabic into your current language. In my case, that tiny bit of extra stress causes me to revert to almost stuttering. btw, I’m too. Everything has to be perfect in my speech and life or it really bothers me. Any trauma physical or emotional, such as your injury could be implicated in your case.
