Lip asymmetry while speaking?

Lip asymmetry while speaking? In general, it's known that people tend to move one side of their mouth more than the other while talking (which isn't too noticeable most of the time). But I noticed it's really exaggerated in my case. Has anyone else noticed it is more extreme as a stutterer? Some stutterers also have some facial spasticity when they come across a blocking word / tone. Is your face otherwise symmetric while speaking?
