Should I change my career aspiration because I stutter?

Should I change my career aspiration because I stutter? Guys, I get along with people really well and I like listening to people and they say i’m a great conversationalist, but i just had a networking call and its SOOO hard to talk! I start making faces and twitch and stuff. How am I supposed to live a normal, social, and successful life if I cant do networking calls? Nobody checks the dropped CVs and the only way to get your foot into the door is thru networking but HOW DO I NOT STUTTER.
