Anyone else stutter mostly on long vowel sounds?

Anyone else stutter mostly on long vowel sounds? I stammer at the beginning of my sentences, most often when the first word begins with a long vowel. It is also incredibly severe on h-words like hello. The other day it was so bad that i couldn’t even make a sound and my jaw just kept going up and down.
