speech blocks at vowel sounds. a technique that briefly worked was prefixing ‘-e ‘ to the word(e- onion) , but that just doesn’t seem to work anymore. saying ‘eight’ is also depressingly challenging sometimes. weirdly, other than the speech block with vowels, i rarely stutter
