"When there can be improvements". Imagine having your SO tell you, that the big flaw, that is a constant source for self-hatred, probably something that has haunted him for his entire life, needs to be gone. I don't think I can express how bad that is for a relationship. And honestly, if you were my girlfriend, I would seriously reconsider being in a relationship with you. Edit: there is a chance your kids would stutter. Would you approach them the same way?
