It's exhausting at times tbh. But it's kind of relieving (somewhat) reading other people's experiences and what they do. For example, most of us will at some point have a thesaurus opened in our minds while we speak. Can't say ",mailbox" today? As in "hey I'm gonna go check the (mailbox; but I can't fkn say mailbox right now)" so I say "hey I'm gonna go check the.. box the postman leaves envelopes in"... or something. Lol. Fuck my life
