Sure buddy. Few things like breathing exercises and yoga, talking slowly. I won't say techniques but a positive mindset. Earlier i had much worse anxiety issues like talking with some known person whom i don't meet often or going to shop, talking with professors. Over the time i realised why am i afraid to talk with them! Nowadays i don't take much stress while talking. Still in the progression phase so sometimes when i fkup up completely my mood went down and took long time to recover as i mentioned in this post.
