In my opinion this is absolutely no reason not to have children. The chances that they'll stutter, even if you do, are very slim. And if they do, they'll have you there, someone who knows what it's like and will (hopefully) be able to make them appreciate their differences and who they are. It's not like stuttering is on par with serious diseases that physically impair a person from living an independent life. Yeah, it makes things tough sometimes and there will be times when they might feel like shit, but ultimately they will have a life and pretty decent shot at a good one.
