Haven't found brand to matter so far, just been taking generic Creatine / Arginine & Glutamine you can find at your local super market. Dosages will depend on you of course, I'm a bit on the smaller side and only take one of each twice a day or even 3 when I have the time to keep it circulated in the body which is around 1000-1500 MG of 100% Creatine Monohydrate, and 1000-1500 of L-Arginine and Glutamine as well. I take them all as capsules making it easier for consumption. Be advised Doctors will tell you to take large amounts, more than average to see improvements with your symptoms as that's what the research has been showing. Women have shown to have improvements with Speech and muscle function with smaller amounts but it takes more for Men, so this can be something you might have to adjust. Keep in mind if this works for you it's a catch 22, your symptoms are improved but this also means it's a neurological physical problem in your brain where it's processing aminos incorrectly that are responsible for speech and muscle function. If that's the case then you should see a geneticist and look into that more. Please report back whether it works or not for you.
