Hi No I don't think people are impatient, generally everyone speaks with a different pace and pattern and I am very happy to speak how I do. No-one has ever shown impatience at the pace of my speech. I am pleased to be able to say what I want, when and how I want, and most importantly without fear. Speaking without fear and not having to avoid situations is more than I ever wished for.
