I developed a slight stutter after long term use of klonopin and amitriptyline. Is there any hope for me to get better or did I get permanent brain damage?

I developed a slight stutter after long term use of klonopin and amitriptyline. Is there any hope for me to get better or did I get permanent brain damage? i also struggle with finding the right words and sometimes forget what i was going to say entirely. how can i help myself if im not stuck like this? ive been trying to read, write and socialize more but i dont think its helping much
