I once got arrested for "suspicious behaviour", I was lost and my battery was dead. So I crossed the same street about 4x on my bycycle, while apperently 2 officers was watching if anyone was speeding at that road from a side alley, inside a car, when they drove at me, called for me to stop and asked me to identify myself(which i did) they asked me why I was acting crossing this road so much (apparently there were a lot of burglaries in the area), at that point I blocked and just could not get a word out. I can still recall one officer communicating that I was unable to create a coherent story, later I was able to explain myself, after which they let me go and apologized. Not really drunk I guess, but they clearly thought I had mental problems.
