I have noticed that it has made me fearless of things that other people get stressed out about. For example, I have zero problem taking tests. As long as I dont have to speak, Im totally confident in my abilities. Other people tell me they "suck at taking tests" and I cant relate at all. I have zero issue with it. In terms of thick skin, I also think it has given me thick skin. Once I accepted my stutter, I didnt give too much of a shit about what other people think of me. Not saying im perfect, but I definitely dont care if someone doesnt like me for a certain reason. It doesnt get to me and I can move on with my life without over thinking it.
