Anyone tried MPI (Modifying Phonation Intervals)?

Anyone tried MPI (Modifying Phonation Intervals)? Hi. There are some papers documenting good results using MPI,has anyone here tried MPI? I would like to give it a go, but I don't reside in the US and there does not seem to be anyone which offers this kind of treatment where I live. I would like to try this as self study, and I wondered if anyone know of a phone app or computer software for monitoring phonation intervals?
