There’s free apps like ; speech jammer,jammer and fluency coach they all have the delayed response which can be very helpful using it while reading out loud and if you’re able there’s a device called speecheasy which is like a hearing aid but instead of boosting hearing volume it does the delayed feedback to allow you to hear yourself making it easy to correct your fluency
