She didn't leave you because you stutter. She left you because of your negative, mopey attitude towards your stutter. Your audience reacts to your speech the way that you react to your speech. I suggest start going to speech therapy to help with the "acceptance" mindset. It can make a significant impact. I will also say there are MANY people who stutter who never found a GF/BF.
