This question is worlds apart depending on if you're a man or woman. Women do not have to approach therefore easier for them. For men it's impossible, especially if you aren't attractive physically; not only do you have to approach but you gotta entertain, make them laugh, keep the conversation interesting, and most of all meet their physical looks threshold.
