Hey, good on you on starting therapy, good luck. As of now I did not achieve fluency, especially during stressful situations, but I am doing much better. Mostly because I feel less ashamed about my stutter and my self confidence is at a life time high. The better you become at other aspects in life - the less you care about your stutter. At least for me. Gym and martial arts helped me a lot to boost my confidence and by proxy reduce my stress and stutter. Focus more on getting better at other things you love and dwell less on your stutter. Easier said than done obviously but over the years it helped me. I wish you the best!
