Thanks for sharing this 👍 I'm sure it'll help someone. Maybe I just accept that my stutter is a part of me. I mean i get anxious about speaking sometimes but my stutter is mild and a quarter of the time noticeable. This fear the doctor mentions is just a part of my nature of my mild stutter. It doesn't have to be a bad thing. I don't have to speak all the time and I can absolutely share when necessary. When people judge me for my stutter it's their problem not mine. I think societal acceptance is more important than fixing a stutter.
