This was really refreshing and inspiring to read! I’ve always been a generally introverted person but I still do enjoy talking to people my age and I’ve been making an extra effort to talk more with people and be more friendly. I’m also starting vitamin b1 and magnesium... I hear it doesn’t work for everyone in reducing stutter but I’m willing to give it a try for a while just to see if I notice a difference. I also hear CBD oil can help a lot for certain people if you take a high enough dose. (also smoking weed technically but I don’t really wanna smoke anything bc I’ve got some lung problems)
