My stutter got worse during pregnancy. I've had two children and neither have inherited my stutter. Though, my youngest is now four years old, and I'm sorry to say that my speech has never recovered. My late teens/early twenties, before I had children, I probably hit my 'peak fluency'. I've never managed to get back to that.
